Ask Anna how leveraging Mass Dynamics 2.0 can support proteomics-based biomarker discovery

Anna Quaglieri, Ph.D,  Mass Dynamics,  Senior Bioinformatics Data Scientist
Poster Presentation: Wednesday, 23rd October, 1.00pm - 3.00pm (CEST)

Typical proteomics-based Biomarker discovery approaches aim to define a small subset of biological markers able to predict biological groups of interest. While biomarker discovery spans a broad range of applications, a key use is the detection of markers able to signal the early onset of a disease, increasing the potential to inform and highly improve the treatment of patients.

Targeted Protein Degradation Summit (TPD), Boston

MD Private Meeting

Exhibition Booth and Custom Demo Meetings

Monday 28th October - Thursday 31st, (EST)
The Westin Copley Place, Boston

We look forward to hosting you and your team at booth #12 to learn more about how you're addressing the unique challenges of leveraging proteomics for your degrader programs.

We will also share and demo how our secure, scalable and integrated platform is helping our customers gain significant advantage by transforming intimidating omics data into actionable knowledge through advanced visualizations, sharing, and collaboration.

We recommend attendance at one of our live 15-minute sessions if your organization are facing challenges such as:

  • fragile workflows
  • limited proteomics expertise
  • volume of complex data being produced
  • delays in decision-making or pipeline progress
  • stretched resources

We’d love to show you how we enable our customers' teams to streamline complex workflows, reduce the need for specialist hires, and empower their lean teams to do more with less.

The following demo sessions will be live (not recorded), and will take place in our Exhibit Booth #12, positioned in the break sessions:

  • Tuesday October 29th -12:45pm-1:00pm
  • Tuesday October 29th - 3:15pm-3.30pm
  • Wednesday October 30th - 10.45am - 11.00am
  • Wednesday October 30th - 1.15pm - 1.30pm
  • Wednesday October 30th - 3.15pm - 3.30pm

Ask Giuseppe how leveraging Mass Dynamics 2.0 can support targeted protein degradation workflows

Giuseppe Infusini, Ph.D,  Mass Dynamics,  Proteomics Informatics Lead
Poster Presentation: Tuesday, 29th October, 3:00pm

Targeted Protein Degradation (TPD) workflows are transforming drug discovery by enabling the selective degradation of disease-causing proteins. However, optimizing TPD workflows requires robust data integration, from initial proteomics experiments to validation across independent datasets. Success hinges on seamless experimental design, data management, and reproducibility to ensure meaningful insights for therapeutic development.
