Enterprise
Organization is the platform, bought off this page. An enterprise agreement is the platform plus the infrastructure it runs on, the support wrapped around it, and often research we run alongside your team.

Shared cloud
Secure, governed and multi-tenant, with your data isolated from everyone else’s. Included on every one of these plans. Lab carries no seat count at all; Organization includes ten governed identities - SSO-managed accounts with roles and an audit trail - and more are agreed at contract.
Enterprise
Either dedicated and segregated on our infrastructure, or deployed inside yours. Named users are agreed in the contract, so enterprise agreements do carry a seat count.
Only datasets you upload. Everything you create from them - analyses, comparisons, figures, reports - is unlimited on every plan, free included.
Your most recent datasets stay live and older ones move to archive. Archive is not deletion - nothing disappears without you knowing, everything stays downloadable, and it all goes live again when you move up.
MD QC watches your instrument and tells you whether it is behaving. Run as many QC runs as you like on any plan - they are never limited and never touch your uploaded dataset allowance. What your plan sets is how far back you can look in full detail. Older runs stay as trend data, so you still see the shape of the year.
Because a single QC run tells you nothing and a year of them tells you your column is degrading. Depth over time is where the value is, so that is the honest thing to measure - and a run count would penalize a busy instrument for being busy.

No. The limit is on uploads. Everything you build from an upload is unlimited on every plan: comparisons, figures, reports, anything you derive. Thirty uploads is enough to run entire programs.
